The Individual Account System Juvenile is for Grand United Order of Oddfellows Friendly Society Juvenile members. 
 
COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE BELOW AND EITHER SUBMIT OR HAND TO A LODGE SECRETARY 
It gives children under the age of 16 the chance to put away very small amounts of money, which will accumulate interest at 4% and receive an annual share of any surplus from the Juvenile Sick Fund. 
Upon reaching the age of 16, the juvenile member will receive their balance in full, and can then apply to join the IAS Adult plan. 
 
Contributions are made every four weeks by the juvenile member, at a cost of 2.5p, up to the age of 6 years. Then from age 6 to 16, contributions into the IAS Juvenile rise to 5p every four weeks. 
 
Benefits payable upon sickness and death 
In the event of the child becoming ill for long periods of time, the IAS Juvenile pays out. If the child should die before the age of 10 years, all contributions made, will be returned.
